Since the mid-1990s, I have been responsible for projects in industry, the health sector and for the German government. In managing comprehensive transformation programs, I focus on balancing risk, speed and cost to support my clients' success. The goal of my projects is often corporate excellence, such as the reduction of administrative costs. I achieve this by optimizing organizational and process structures or digitalizing processes with innovative solutions such as SAP Concur.
After starting my career as a logistics planner in the Passenger Car Tires division of the Continental AG head office, I switched to management consulting in 1995. For Prof. Dr. Horst Wildemann, KPMG Consulting, and Roland Berger, I have led a variety of projects.
After rejoining BearingPoint in 2003, I was appointed Managing Director in 2006 and Partner after the MBO in 2009. Since then, I have contributed to BearingPoint's growth in various roles including Head of the Defense segment, Industry Service Group Lead Strategy and Transformation and Account Manager for DAX companies and German Federal Ministries.
Strategy is a commodity, execution is an art.
