I have over 25 years' experience and I have been the Leader for Local Government, Authorities and International Organizations at BearingPoint for over 10 years. I head up a team that is focused on addressing the strategic challenges and problems in this sector.
As such, I lead major transformation projects targeting customers' support, finance and HR functions, from taking part in process re-engineering through to implementation into their information systems and organizational transformations.
I also carry out public policy assessments and value analyses of major programs.
I am a graduate of the ESCP Business School.
